Co-Owner

Matt runs the day-to-day operations. He manages sales, cultivates our relationship with PGT representatives, and guides our team. As a husband and father of four, Matt enjoys time with his family above all which sustains his time at work.

Kent Michalik

Office Manager

Kent is our office renaissance man. He brings a spirit of joy into the mountain of work before him and takes great care to support our team. For many, Kent is the first point of contact with our customers. He organizes and submits permits, is an in-house notary, answers our phones, and schedules our installations.

He treats everyone like family and lifts up our spirits through laughter, kindness, and smiles.
