We have served Brevard’s window and door needs since 1995.

 Does your crew work directly for you?

Yes, they do. Everyone on our installation crew are employees of A Better View.

What should I do about my window treatments (blinds, curtains, etc) before installation?

 To streamline the process, please have your window treatments down or far enough away from the window to ensure an efficient installation. If you would like to have our team, take down window treatments, please communicate with the office so we can come to an agreed upon price for the extra work.

 Should we move our furniture away from the windows?

 Yes, please and thank you. Our crew need roughly three to four feet of space by a window opening and a lot more in front of a sliding glass or French door.

What about foliage on the outside of the house?

Windows are installed from the outside to the inside. To ensure safety for our crew members and your new windows please clip back branches and/or bushes that might interfere with their efforts.

 What is your cleanup process?

 Our team has a policy of leaving places better than we found them. That is not only about replacing your windows and doors, but also about cleaning the area around where the work takes place. However, we cannot control certain elements. The removal and installation of windows is dirty and dusty work. We cannot control every particle of dust that enters your home. Be prepared to face some dust.

 With that said, we frequently get complimented on the cleanliness of our team.

 Do we service windows/doors originally installed by other companies?

 This will be on a case-by-case basis. We air on not messing with other people’s work. If you can make arrangements with the original company, I would recommend that. However, if that is not an option, reach out. We will see what we can do.

 Do you repair glass?

This is also on a case-by-case basis. We replace glass for PGT windows and doors, especially if we installed it. If we did not install it, I highly recommend reaching out to your original installation company to handle such things. If that is not an option, reach out and we can have someone take a look at the problem in question.

Do you install shower doors?

Excellent question! But no. Strictly windows, front doors, sliding glass doors, and French doors. Essentially, we take care of doors that lead in and out of your home.  

 Do you repair screen porches?

 We do not. Only window and sliding glass door screens that we have installed.
